It is the intent of A22, Inc to operate safely and in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Department of Transportation, FMCSA and all other applicable agencies. The goal of our Fleet Safety Program is to take the proper steps to reduce or eliminate motor vehicle accidents and associated loss of lives, injuries and/or property damage to all of A22 Inc drivers/employees/independent contractors etc. and members of the general public by following safe practices established in the Safety Plan. We have established practices that will promote responsible driving behavior in all of our drivers/employees/independent contractors etc., higher safety awareness and we make sure that all of our drivers/employees/independent contractors etc. operate their vehicle safely and are obeying all Federal, State and Local laws applying to the operation of motor vehicles. We have established maintenance procedures for the vehicles which are operating under “A22, Inc” and have implemented guidelines for their routinely inspections.
